Holistic Holding Space: The deeper you trust yourself to be and not to do, the richer your presence is for the person you are tying. Our experienced facilitators are dedicated to holding space for your journey at all levels—emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Ymke and Marco are great examples and will guide you in the profound art of holding space.

Location: Herberg de Dieken [http://dedieken.nl], national park Sallandse heuvelrug nurturing nature around, shared rooms to get into beautiful community energies, vegan food… all-inclusive retraite.

Group: 12-16 participants, 2 teachers, 1 or 2 assistants. Small group with a lot of depth for your proces.
Language: A multilingual experience, with a blend of English and Dutch, transcending linguistic barriers. Our main language is Energies anyway!
Intimacy: If you’re looking for a safe space without explicit sexuality, you’re in the right place. We tie with care, keeping (at least a minimum of) clothing for your comfort and security.

Welcome! This retreat is designed for individuals (love for yourself) and couples (expect a big upgrade in your relationship), regardless of their level of experience or background. The transformative power of Tantric Shibari is open to all who are willing to explore and connect.

Bring:
Water bottle, notebook, layered and comfortable clothing, rope party clothes (just as you are!), ropes if you already have them. You can buy high-quality shibari ropes for 20 euros per rope in pre-order or after the retreat (then you first borrow ropes from us; we have plenty).

“Wow, wat een retreat was me dat!
Ik dacht altijd “Shibari, dat is niets voor mij” en toch gooide ik mezelf in het diepe omdat een vriend mij gevraagd had mee te gaan. En mijn instelling ook een nieuwsgierige is van “eerst zelf ervaren, dan pas weet je wat het is”
De gedachte en aanname die ik had was “dat is toch iets uit de BDSM-hoek en daar heb ik echt niets mee…”
Maar nu weet ik het!
De Shibari op de manier hoe Ymke en Marco het brengen is waanzinnig!
Een tantrische verdiepende lichaamsgerichte manier om jezelf beter te leren kennen. Ik kwam oude patronen tegen en daardoor weer inzichten.
Ik ging langs allerlei emoties en kon ze expressie geven waardoor er weer meer ruimte kwam in mijn lijf, mijn adem, mijn mind…
Na zo’n release ervaring wat de touwen met mij doen kom ik in een bliss gevoel. Van weer diepe liefde kunnen voelen voor mezelf, mijn leven, het Leven…Zoveel dankbaarheid en vreugde gevoeld en alles in mijn lichaam weer zo stromend Het was heerlijk en intens!

Ymke en Marco belichamen de Shibari zelf. Staan gelijkwaardig voor de groep, zijn puur en echt.

Hebben zelf veel doorvoelt en doen dat nog steeds… Ik ben onder de indruk van hun samenwerking. En hun demo’s zijn prachtig om te zien en waarachtig. Ze laten zichzelf zien! Je wordt hierdoor nog meer uitgenodigd om jezelf ook in te brengen met alles wat er in je leeft en je over te geven aan de touwen, het knopen, het voelen, het leven… Zij zorgen voor zoveel veiligheid en verbinding wat maakt dat ik mezelf totaal kon laten zien. Met ruimte voor humor, kwetsbaarheid delen, spelen, en ze doen zelf ook mee wat heel fijn is.
Ik ging vervuld naar huis.
Heb genoten van de warme en persoonlijke plek in de natuur, het lekkere eten, de groep met gelijkgestemde mensen jong en oud door elkaar. Allemaal met dezelfde intentie: “Jezelf nog meer leren kennen, verdieping, verbinding, het aangaan van het onbekende in vertrouwen en met overgave.
En ook het letterlijk aangaan van je levenslust, je seksuele energie, sensualiteit en gevoeligheid.
